Booking Inquiries
Do you have any questions or perhaps an upcoming holiday planned? You can send us a preliminary booking inquiry or contact request by filling out the form below.
We can confirm short-term care periods up to approximately two months in advance. Preliminary booking requests for shorter holidays can be submitted further ahead as well, but we will only be able to confirm them closer to the date. For care periods of about two weeks or longer, you may send booking requests further in advance — we’ll confirm availability as far ahead as our calendar allows.
Our spaces can be arranged to suit our guests’ needs, ranging from private accommodation to shared spaces. If your cat is able to stay with other cats, please mention this on the inquiry form. Shared accommodation requires that your cat is healthy, neutered/spayed, and comfortable with other cats. Staying with others can make it easier to secure a place during periods when friendly feline guests are already staying with us. If shared accommodation is not suitable for your pet, your cat is always welcome to inquire about a stay as a private guest. All of our guests are required to have up-to-date vaccinations (core/triple vaccine), and cats that go outdoors or are fed a raw diet must also have current parasite control in place.
Reservations are handled in the order they are received, so it’s best to reach out early. The earlier you contact us, the better the chances your pet has of getting a spot. Final accommodation details will always be confirmed together with the owner.
To submit a preliminary booking inquiry, you can fill out the form below. You can check the estimated price for the care period on the “Our Services” page. This form is not yet a binding reservation. Bookings will be confirmed together with the care agreement. If we do not receive a response to the offer or email we’ve sent, the booking period will automatically be released and made available for the next customer to book.
